Pets: You must advise us if you are planning to travel with a pet(s). Pets are allowed in designated guests rooms only. Pets may NOT be left unaccompanied in guest rooms at any time. Pet Charge: $20.00 per pet, per day
Children/Infants: You must advise us if you are planning to travel with children/infants. Well behaved children are allowed in designated guests rooms only. No recreational items or equipment are to be used on Inn property.
Additional Persons: You must advise us if you are planning to travel with additional persons, as fire codes dictate maximum occupancy for guest rooms. Additional Person Charge: $20.00 per person, per day. (This includes children/infants)
Parking: Our parking lot accommodates one (1) vehicle per room. Additional parking is available on Dolores Street.
Smoking: We are a NON-Smoking Inn. No smoking is allowed in or near the guest rooms or lobby. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
Cooking: Cooking is not allowed in guest rooms. A microwave is available in the lobby kitchen from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. daily.
Breakfast: An Expanded Continental Breakfast Buffet is served daily in the Lobby Kitchen from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. daily.
In Room Amenities: For use during your stay, we provide in each guest room a Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Battery Operated Lantern, Coffee, Decaf, Tea & Coffeemaker, Small Refrigerator & Cream Sherry. Cribs are available upon request.
Quiet Time: The Inn's Quiet Time is from 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m. daily.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to secure the reservation, we require a credit card to which we will charge the first night's stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Should you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, we must receive notice no less than seven (7) days prior to your current scheduled arrival date.
All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 processing fee.
Cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to your current arrival date will be non refundable and you will be responsible for all rooms nights, unless your accommodations are resold for all portions of your stay.
This policy pertains to early check outs as well.
Holiday and Special Event dates are subject to a thirty (30) day cancellation policy.
