Slated to begin late spring/into summer, construction of a private residence located next door to Carmel Country Inn. Should construction be taking place upon your arrival, we will be offering a 20% Discount, Sunday – Thursday nights, excluding holidays, to reservations booked into the Queen Studio, Luxury King Studios & Deluxe King Suites, as these rooms are adjacent to the construction project.

Wine Away the Day in Carmel-by-the-Sea

Like Wine? Carmel has plenty to enjoy.

Upon arrival, you will find a fruit & cheese tray with a local Chardonnay, Cabernet or Pinot Noir (your choice of varietal) and a pair of Souvenir Carmel Country Inn Logo Wine glasses, yours to keep, in your Suite or Studio and a “Carmel Wine Walk Passport” to explore Ten (10) different tasting rooms on the self-paced, self-guided walking tour, just 3-4 blocks from the inn.

Corkage Fees at participating Carmel Restaurants will be waived for bottles purchased at one of the “Carmel Wine Walk Passport” tasting rooms. Current participating tasting rooms are Caraccioli Cellars, Figge Cellars, Galante Vineyards, Scheid Vineyards, Vino Napoli, Manzoni, Blair, Shale Canyon, De Tierra & Wrath. Tasting room hours vary, most open by 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., some are open later. $170.00 + tax for 2 persons Wine passports to not expire and can be used during numerous visits to Carmel, however, tasting room offerings could change without notice.

Land & Sea Picnic Package

Monterey Bay Aquarium Package

Upon check-in, you will received two (2) Adult or Senior Monterey Bay Aquarium Tickets, Good for two (2) consecutive days admission, The Aquarium is open every day except December 25.
